Services
Treatment at Sentia follows the same shape whatever you come in with: an unhurried assessment, a written plan you agree to, then weekly work with one clinician who stays with you until the plan is finished or changed. Everything below sits inside that structure.
The process
01
Fifteen minutes on the phone to hear what is happening and check we are the right practice for it.
02
An eighty-minute session covering history, current symptoms and what you want to be different.
03
The approach, the expected length of treatment and the cost, sent to you before the next session.
04
Weekly or fortnightly sessions with the clinician who assessed you, in the clinic or online.
05
Every six weeks we look at what has moved. The plan continues, changes, or ends there.
