Billing questions
Single sessions are charged on the day. Ongoing care is billed on the first working day of each month. Intensive programmes are invoiced in two parts, half at the start and half at the midpoint.
We are in network with several major plans and issue superbills for everything else. Our administrators will verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know the cost in advance.
Cancel or move a session up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, except in an emergency.
Yes, at any month boundary and with no fee. Moving between plans is common as treatment intensifies or winds down, and your clinician stays the same.
We hold a number of reduced-fee places at any one time and review them every quarter. Ask when you call, and it is handled by the administrators rather than your clinician.
